'PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale' Officially Revealed

Kratos, Sly Cooper, Mael Radec, Sweet Tooth, Fat Princess and PaRappa confirmed as playable.

'PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale,' - or as we'll be initializing if for now, PBR - is a 'Super Smash Bros.' style game with a little bit of a different flavor. You'll enjoy the four player fighting experience that you'd expect from an SSB clone, but there's definitely a darker feel, as is fitting the PlayStation universe.

Kratos, Sly Cooper, Mael Radec, Sweet Tooth, Fat Princess and PaRappa have all been confirmed as playable characters, but we're expecting to see a few more before the game launches. Level design is PlayStation-centric as well, and includes references to PSone and PS2 games that don't totally fit into the fighting game genre.

There's no release date set yet, but we're told to expect the game this holiday season.
