You'll also find a huge batch of new gems, if that's your bent.

The folks at Capcom have launched the latest update to 'Street Fighter X Tekken' and included with it a wide range of gems and a replay analyzer so you can delve into your competitive play style and find where you might have room for improvement.

Some Paid 'Street Fighter X Tekken' DLC Already on Disc

Theoretically, that's over $100 worth of DLC – realistically it's about $50.

Capcom isn't making a lot of friends with plans for its latest fighting game. 'Street Fighter X Tekken' has been getting some great reviews and fans are digging it, but the plans for downloadable content have some folks up in arms.

The issue is that the content that's being sold as DLC is already on the game disc. This includes, apparently, 12 new characters and two alternate costumes for each of 25 characters. That's a significant amount of content that's already technically in the hands of gamers, even if they can't access it.

The fun headline to throw around is that over $100 worth of DLC is already on the disc, but that's only true if you're the kind of person who hates buying anything in inexpensive bundles. The 100 alternate costumes run a buck a piece, but you can pick them all up at once for $26.

Rumor: Capcom is Working on 'Darkstalkers 4'

The game will apparently be running on the 'Street Fighter X Tekken' engine.

It's been a long time since we've seen a new 'Darkstalkers' game. The last to come out was a PSP launch title and before that we have to reach back to the 20th century. It's a safe bet that quite a few people only know characters like Felicia and Morrigan from games like 'Marvel vs. Capcom 3.'

If the rumors are true, that's all about to change. It's reported that 'Darkstalkers 4' is in the works over at Capcom and that 'Street Fighter' producer Yoshinori Ono is taking the helm. The game would run on a modified version of the 'Street Fighter X Tekken' engine.

MadCatz Unveils 'Street Fighter X Tekken' Arcade Sticks and Fight Pads

Among the new products is the Fighstick Vs. Edition, which lets you combine two for an arcade cabinet like experience.

Remember back when MadCatz used to be a name synonymous with cheaply made products? Those days are gone, at least when it comes to their impressive arcade sticks and controllers. The latest to join the line are new 'Street Fighter X Tekken' sticks and pads.

Two different arcade stick models will be available from MadCatz, the Fightstick Pro and Fightstick Vs. Edition. The insides of these sticks seem essentially the same - Sanwa parts, a Vewlix-style layout and a heavy metal base. The difference is in the shell. The Vs. Edition sports a sharper, rectangular front instead of the slope on the Pro version. It also gives you the ability to connect two sticks together to emulate the arcade experience. This seems absolutely perfect for the custom arcade cabinet crowd.

For those that prefer a more traditional controller, MadCatz is also bringing the FightPad S.D., a controller that comes in at 15% smaller than the last iteration but with a larger, circular D-Pad. Like the arcade sticks, the FightPad comes equipped with a three way switch that lets the D-Pad control the right analog stick, left analog stick or D-Pad controls.
