DICE assures that 'Battlefield 3,' which has more expansions on the way, will still be supported.
In what seems like an announcement that's coming just a bit too early, EA has revealed that 'Battlefield 4' is in development and will begin beta testing this fall. Those that preorder 'Medal of Honor: Warfighter' will get access to the beta, though the exact launch date has not yet been announced.
This announcement has ruffled a few feathers – namely those of the people currently dedicated to 'Battlefield 3,' which still hasn't launched three of its five planned DLC packs. Neither DICE nor EA has commented on what the overlap will be, but the developer still plans to support 'Battlefield 3.'
