PC version includes enhancements and increased soundtrack.
'Pinball FX2' and 'CastleStorm' developer Zen Studios is bringing their PS3 and PS Vita rhythm fighter 'KickBeat' to the PC in the enhanced 'KickBeat Steam Edition.'
The game merges the rhythm style of game with a 3D fighter, and one that dispenses with all of the UI queues that are typical of rhythm games. "'KickBeat' combines beat-matching mechanics with an acrobatic style of martial arts, turning every song into a raucous battle. The game also features a music analyzer that allows you to create new tracks from your own music library!"
New for the Steam Edition are six more tracks sourced from 'Electronic Super Joy,' as well as several adjustments and enhancements including: Advanced Difficulty in Free Play mode, earlier access to custom soundtracks, difficulty readjustment, enhanced visual fidelity, Steam Achievements, Trading Cards, and Steam Cloud support.
'KickBeat' is currently out on PSN as a crossbuy title for the PS3 and Vita while 'KickBeat Steam Edition' releases on January 20th for $9.99.
