It'll be a downloading stampede.
The 'Call of Duty: Black Ops III' multiplayer beta is now public on the PS4 with a few caveats. The beta tokens are going out via email in waves. Those how have preordered will need to have entered a Beta Access code here. After which, Activision will send an email with a beta token (or three) for use on PSN. (Again, this is happening in waves.)
Specific instructions on how to redeem preorder tokens can be found here.
Also, even in a graduated roll-out, users can expect some long download times. The beta is 15GB.
For our impressions from playing the beta, including details on the beta contents, see here.
