'Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth' Rejected From iOS App Store For Containing Violence Toward Children

To be fair, there is quite a bit of that.

An iOS port of 'The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth' has apparently been rejected by Apple on the grounds that it contains violence toward children, judging by a tweet from the developer's founder.

Tyrone Rodriguez, founder of 'The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth' developer and publisher Nicalis, tweeted a picture Saturday showing a notice from Apple, which states that the iOS port of the popular roguelike would not be allowed on the App Store because it "contains content or features that depict violence towards, or abuse of, children." Previously, Rodriguez had tweeted a couple of teasers that suggested a mobile port of the game was in the works.

The game could still make it to the iOS App Store if the developers resolve the issue, though that seems like a tall order for a game about a young boy running through a basement full of monsters to escape his murderous mother.
