According to Pocket News (via NeoGaf), the features that PlayStation 4 users can expect with System Update 3.00 have been revealed by way of a beta leak.

The leaked features include a PlayStation Events area, which will feature watachable events. There is a new friend community feature (like being in a social sub group) which is meat to help users grow their friends list in an interest-sharing way, and to show users other members' parties and active gamed for easy multiplayer matching. This functionaility will be incorporated into the messaging system.

There will be a YouTube Live broadcasting functionality, as well as a new way to share short clips via Twitter.
