Be the story.
In wrangling Spike Lee, 2K Games and Visual Concepts have channeled some high story-based hopes for hoop-simulator 'NBA 2K16.' But what exactly does having Spike Lee's direction on-hand for the longgtenured b-ball series really mean? Something, something, new level of Create-a-Player, perhaps?
The answer remains elusive, however, having Spike talk about the run of Steph Curry from little kid to NBA Champ gives does give some clue.
Though it's mainly real-life footage here (which probably suits Spike Lee), there are still some key takeaways. One key is the idea of pre-draft, draft, all the way to title path, which has been the goal in the MyCareer mode, one of the best (if uneven) features in recent 'NBA 2K' entries.
As a reminder here is Steph Curry close up in the new game.
