Very High streaming setting discovered in Windows 10

Windows 10 is officially out in the wild, and with it, so is the much ballyhooed Xbox streaming which, while its definitely functional, lacked a little oomph in the technical department.

That is, until today, when some intrepid soul over on Reddit managed to find a workaround to get Windows 10 streaming anywhere from 10-20 MB/second from the Xbox, as opposed to the 5-9 Mbps average High settings will get you to currently.

The process is fairly simple, actually: First, make sure the Xbox app is closed. Now, open up File Explorer and paste this location in: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Packages\

Once you're there, find the folder "Microsoft.XboxApp". Then the folder "LocalState". There's gonna be a file called "userconsoledata" in there. Open it with your text editor app of choice, and look for a line that says "IsInternalPreview". The word "false" will be in there now. Type in the word "true" instead.

Now, when you go to your Xbox app, the settings button will now have a Very High setting you can switch to. Obviously, the better your internet connection, the better the improvement, but make no mistake, there WILL be an improvement.
