And the villain isn't who you think it is.
Disney is revealing a lot of new information about its many projects at the ongoing D23 convention, and today is the day all the video game news comes out. The Disney Interactive conference started with some news about 'Kingdom Hearts 3,' which concluded with the reveal of a world based on 'Big Hero 6.'
No trailer was shown, but the presenters did put up a piece of concept art that shows Sora riding Baymax and fighting a villain—which is also Baymax.

According to the conference, the "powers of darkness," a recurring theme in the Kingdom Hearts mythos, have taken control of the original body of Baymax that was left in the portal, which means that the 'Big Hero 6' level in 'Kingdom Hearts 3' will take place after the events of the movie.
'Big Hero 6' joins the list of Disney franchises that have been utilized for the 'Kingdom Hearts' series, including 'Tangled,' which was earlier confirmed to be included in the upcoming game as well.
