SANTA MONICA, CA (February 21, 2023) – Heroic Gerard Butler teams up with Mike Colter when Plane is scheduled for arrival on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack (plus Blu-ray and Digital), Blu-ray Combo Pack (plus DVD and Digital), DVD, and On Demand March 28 from Lionsgate. From director Jean-François Richet (Blood Father, Assault on Precinct 13, Mesrine), Plane stars Gerard Butler (300, Law Abiding Citizen, The Phantom of the Opera), Mike Colter (TV’s “Luke Cage,” Men in Black 3, TV’s “Jessica Jones”), Yoson An (Mulan, Mortal Engines, TV’s “Creamerie”), Daniella Pineda (Jurassic World: Dominion, TV’s “The Vampire Diaries,” “Cowboy Bebop”), and Paul Ben-Victor (The Irishman, Get Hard, TV’s “True Detective”), and Tony Goldwyn (Ghost, The Last Samurai, TV’s “Scandal”).
In the white-knuckle action movie Plane, pilot Brodie Torrance (Gerard Butler) saves his passengers from a lightning strike by making a risky landing on a war-torn island – only to find that surviving the landing was just the beginning. When most of the passengers are taken hostage by dangerous rebels, the only person Torrance can count on for help is Louis Gaspare (Mike Colter), an accused murderer who was being transported by the FBI. In order to rescue the passengers, Torrance will need Gaspare’s help, and will learn there’s more to Gaspare than meets the eye.
Plane 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack, and DVD will be available for the suggested retail price of $42.99, $39.99, and $29.96, respectively.
