Survey being sent after registering 'FF Type-0 HD' online.
Square Enix, typically notorious for ignoring fan feedback as it pertains to all things 'Final Fantasy'--keep reaching for that 'FFVII' remake rainbow, folks--is apparently opening the suggestion box as it pertains to 'Final Fantasy XV'.
A survey has opened up on the official Square Enix site, allowing the people who purchased 'Final Fantasy Type-0 HD' to register the game, and give their thoughts on the 'Episode Duscae' demo. It's currently only available for European players, however, the survey is expected to roll out to other regions before its expiration date, May 31st. Considering the full game is still very much in development--the game's director, Hajime Tabata, mentioned the game was about 60% finished in interviews back in February, and optimistic reports have the game at least a year from completion--there's still plenty of time for Square Enix to take the feedback to heart.
