The 'Shipwrecked' expansion is being developed with Capybara Games.
'Don't Starve' is getting a second single-player expansion this fall. Titled 'Don't Starve: Shipwrecked,' the expansion looks to focus on taking the indie hit's adorable yet macabre survival gameplay out to the open sea.
Klei Entertainment, the developer behind 'Don't Starve,' has brought 'Superbrothers' and 'Super Time Force' developer Capybara Games on board for a collaboration to put together this new expansion that will add new playable characters, biomes, seasonal effects, and creatures to the game's formula.
The game's first expansion, 'Reign of Giants,' launched back in April 2014. Its multiplayer expansion, 'Don't Starve Together,' is still in Early Access.
The announcement teaser for 'Don't Starve: Shipwrecked' doesn't reveal anything substantial, but you can still check it out below.
