Singleplayer mode also confirmed.
Capcom has announced today that their upcoming multiplayer-focused shooter 'Umbrella Corps' will be releasing on PS4 and PC in May, it'll set you back $30. Additionally, a singleplayer mode has also been confirmed. Titled "The Experiment", this mode will see you playing over 20 missions in the same maps as the multiplayer modes, though as a sole test subject, rather than a member of a team. The "zombie jammer" equipment in the multiplayer mode that stops zombies from going after you (though in MP, it can be disabled, opening up greater tactical advantages) isn't present here, so all of the undead are an even greater threat in this mode.
Two new maps have also been announced: One based on the village seen in 'RE4', and another based on the Tricell organization HQ from Resident Evil 5. A new trailer has also been released showing off the new maps and singleplayer mode:
