And you thought driving in the rain was hard before.
A new Hardcore Handling gameplay option is coming to PS4-exclusive racer 'Driveclub' next month, offering top players a fresh challenge.
Game director Paul Rustchynsky announced the upcoming setting over Twitter, noting that Hardcore Handling strips away all of the assist tools, such as traction control and stability control, that the game normally provides its players.

Arriving sometime in February, the Hardcore Handling option won't initially come with separate leaderboards, though Rustchynsky notes that players will have slower times with the option enabled. Rustchynsky later tweeted, though, that the lack of a separate leaderboard is mainly due to the fact that they didn't want to delay the release of Hardcore Handling, so a new leaderboard specifically for Hardcore runs might be in the cards.
